White with 1...

Here is my LO for the December White with 1 chall...
Just took my fancy to do this combo of colours & technique...
Criteria...
White + Grey + masking

A cute pic of my Grandma & Grandad, taken at their 60th wedding anniversary party!

I SCRAPPED...
well, not a LO but its still scrappin!!
A cute little OTP canvas...i think its cute :0)

the tape measure was a strip of pp that i cut out & rolled up...a handmade rose & a gorgeous prima one...lovely little doily bits.

& the title...oh sew sweet...& some oh so sweet little heart pins...& sparkly sequins for good measure!!

& some little bobbin things...rolled some pp up & glued onto chippie circles...& tiny little buttons.

& the whole little project...its made on a 2'x3' canvas & on a tiny easel. Now to find a home for it....

imagine this view...

from your jail cell...

no wonder most of them were crazy!! It was a stunning view back over the bay to San Fran...

look at the streets running up the hill! This is something you really don't get the full scale of until you across the bay looking back!

Looking across to the Bay Bridge & San Fran city...

& then over to the Golden Gate Bridge. Such a wonderful view of the Bay city from Alcatraz Island.

Alcatraz landing...

I think that Alcatraz is a must see for anyone going to San Fran no matter what age you are!
The kids would have loved it!
These are a few pics taken from the boat on our way over...

Its just a beautiful place...just seeing it coming across the bay its an amazing site

Golden Gate Bridge..

A few more holiday snapes...
Golden Gate Bridge...just as magical as it seems in the movies!!

A real treat to see the sun setting over the GG bridge...it was a gorgeous colour & wonderful site to see & i didn't actually notice the fog rolling in under the bridge on the day we were there but looking at the pics its very clear to see.

There were quite a few people around at the time..especially the very vocal Kiwis in standing on the ledge in the background!!! but with a little PSE editing it will be just like it was the two of us :0)

Class LO...

I was lucky enough to recently attend a class by Angella Peardon.
She is a very talented scrapper & a gorgeous little lady!!
This is the LO that i made during her class, i love all the bits & pieces amongst it.

I used some pics of S from our US holiday - just so happened to match the pack colours :0). He was taking in the sights of Monterey at the Commercial Wharf & reluctantly turned his head for a picture!!! You have to take what you can get hey...
A gorgeous place that is a must see spot if you have the chance. More holiday pics later on.
