A lovely new sketch done by Kim is up over at Crafty Sketches.

Its a very good sketch...here's what I did with it...

Not really the same....i flipped it on the side to the left to suit the photo i had & added a scalloped piece to the top instead of a straight edge matt & used circles in the corner instead of flourishes & flowers.

1. use some type of metal on the LO {eg: buckle, label holder, tin, etc}

Here the LO that I ended up with...

I used a pic that Miss T took when she went to see The Veronicas in concert earlier this year. She took so many photos & I think this was the best of them, so I was glad to get to finally scrap on of them for her. The metal I used is a piece of termi-mesh that I found on a building site & cut it into a scalloped strip & the silver crown is a huge brad that I found at Reverse Garbage in West End for only 10cents each. I ended up using about 12 staples on the LO in the end, some as flower centers & some to hold the title 'You Rock!' on.

1st of August today! and this means we have a new criteria for Black with 2.

This months challenge was set by the lovely Kim.

Criteria - Black with yellow and aqua.

And layouts must have a handcut embellishment and flourishes.

You have until August 28th to get your layouts to BW2.
