a little bit of scrappin & a happy day...

Well...you knew one of the daily photos would have to be of me didn't you ;0) & it had to be today....So here's #6

Here's me celebrating my day with a nice glass of wine, after a lovely dinner cooked by S, delish choc cake made by Miss T - thanks Aunty Relle ;0) & beautiful table setting by A. xx

ANYWAY....what you think of this LO...

The criteria was to use PAINT & RAW CHIPBOARD on your project. I used a Prima Paintables as a base & used water-colour paint to paint it, MM paints on the corro CS to whitewash it & to stamp with bubblewrap behind the RAW CHIPBOARD tree (from Scrapware..isn't it nice) & to make 'clouds' in the background. I used RAW CHIPBOARD heart & Bella RAW chipies alphas too. & lots of other stuff...gotta use more of the stuff I have around here!!

Here is how it works....

There will be six scrap twist rounds - a new round beginning each week starting August 2 2009.Each round will have a nominated product which should feature prominently in your project. The nominated products are listed below.On the first day of the round you will need to check back on the forum to find out what the TWIST for that round is. For example : The featured product for Round 1 is paint. The TWIST might be that you have to use red paint. Or you might have to do something feminine. The TWIST for each round will not be revealed until the first day of that round. You will have two weeks to complete each project.Projects must be uploaded to the correct folder in the gallery by Midnight (AEST) on the due date.Projects will be judged on workmanship and creativity by myself and the Dream Team of 123 Scrapbook.

1. Each project must contain the nominated feature product and meet the TWIST criteria.

2. Your project can be anything you choose - layout - off the page - card etc

3. Only one project per person per round may be submitted.

4. Each project must be your own original work and not featured on any other gallery, blog or magazine. {I checked & you can put them on your own :0)}

5. Project must be posted to the correct folder in the gallery by Midnight AEST on the due date to be considered.

6. Each project round must be completed.

7 The decisions made will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
